Description
With the Gas-Pro PID VOC monitor, you can identify hundreds of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) by using photoionization detection technology. The Gas-Pro PID will keep an eye on your safety if you are working in an area with high concentrations of solvents, glues, paints, and other volatile organic compounds. The monitor’s dual-colored display will warn the user with both dual-colored visual alarm bars and a 95db aural sound.
PID Methodology
An electron-volt lamp with 10.6 volts powers Crowcon’s PID. With the ability to detect a broad variety of volatile organic compounds (VOCs), this sensor is the most stable available. The gas sample travels through an internal UV light source in the sensor. For gases having an ionization potential of 10.6, an electron is emitted.
Easy to Use
– Top mount display: Allows for speedy decision-making with easy-to-read text at a look.
– Easy one-button operation; minimal training needed
– Ergonomically made: It fits comfortably in the hand and sits well while worn.
Flexibility
– Tracks five gases using a variety of methods – Numerous options to select from.
– Diffusion and pumped solutions: Provides several applications in a small detector.
– Many languages Adaptable to regional differences.
– Automatic identification of the flow pump plate failsafe Easy to use and doesn’t require any tools.
– Pre-entry testing is made easier with the help of a specialized and unique Pre-Entry Check (PEC) mode.
– PID correction coefficient: aimed at VOCs.
Trusted
– Wide range Hundreds of VOC gasses were found using PID.
– IP65 and IP66 dust and water resistance; able to survive hostile conditions
– Reminders about bumps and calibrations – Complete compliance
– Safety +/- Complete adherence to site regulations
– Robust pump – sampling up to 30 meters
